Nite Watches has teamed up with the Helly Hansen Killarney Adventure Race to be official timekeeper for this year’s race. Taking place over just one day, the adventure race takes place amongst some of the most dramatic and breath taking scenery in the world surrounding Killarney, Country Kerry, Ireland.
Entry to the race is either as an individual or in a two, three or four person relay team and competitors run, hike, cycle and kayak the course. Designed to be open to a broad range of athletes, the race can be run over three distances, 67 km, 57 km and 25 km, to suit different levels of fitness. For the winner of each category, a selection of prizes from the sponsors awaits including a Nite Sports Watch worth over £400.
Run on October 6th through the Ring of Kerry National Park and areas of special conservation, the race prides itself on being respectful to the environment and residents of the area, and encourages entrants to do the same. Nite Watches has always worked with partners who share its values and as adventurers we should be committed to be challenged by the environment as well as respecting it.
