NEW ORLEANS (PRWEB) September 18, 2012
Westbow Press, a division of Thomas Nelson, is showcasing author Douglas F. Grady, writer of the Christian title, Where’s Your Light?, the 2012 AARP Life@50+ Convention being held at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center this September 20-22.
Where’s Your Light? contains numerous verses from the Bible regarding salvation. It also shares where the sources can be found so that Christians can understand the stories from the Bible better. Where’s Your Light? includes details from the Nag Hammadi and Dead Sea Scrolls texts that detailed the origin of the world and the cosmic rulers that are not mentioned in the book of Genesis. In addition, more details are provided about the Kingdom of God and how to achieve salvation and understand better how Jesus and the Angels are there to assist mankind.
Author Douglas F. Grady is a member of the Self-Realization Fellowship and practices meditation. He received the Holy Spirit in 1999 and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, during 2005-2010. During his church Bible studies, he began to notice the gaps in understanding the Bible. After thorough research of numerous books and Bibles, he was able to uncover, in his perspective, unseen messages.
Grady currently resides in Seattle, Washington, as a practicing engineer; he obtained his PE license from the state of Texas in 1984. He has two daughters, both in college.
To receive a free, signed copy of Where’s Your Light? by Douglas F. Grady, stop by booth 1309 on Friday, September 21st, at the AARP Life@50+ Convention between 2:30-3:30 PM.
