There’s no reason to think that Trey can’t finish his career as one of the most successful recruiters in Network history.

During its nearly 25 years in existence, Top Echelon Network, an elite network of highly specialized search firms, has boasted a handful of $1 million producers.
The Network now counts another such recruiter among its ranks.
That’s because Preferred Member recruiter Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group recently reached the $1 million mark in his career as a Top Echelon Network recruiter.
The $1 million represents the money that Cameron has earned through split placements made in Top Echelon Network. In a split placement situation, two recruiters split a placement fee, since one of them has the job order and the other one supplied the candidate.
Cameron started in the recruiting industry 10 years ago, and he joined Top Echelon Network in January of 2003. So far in 2012, he’s closed 21 Network deals, and there are still six that are open and will probably close before the end of the year.
Overall, Cameron has made 136 placements in the Network. If he’s able to sustain such a torrid pace during the next few years, he has a chance to accomplish another rare Top Echelon Network feat: 200 career placements.
Cameron was the Network’s top-producing recruiter in 2011, and he’s well on his way to duplicating that feat this year. He currently leads the other recruiters in Top Echelon Network (which total over 1,000) in cash-in dollars so far in 2012.
“During the past couple of years, Trey has enjoyed one of the most successful runs that a recruiter has enjoyed in Top Echelon Network,” said Membership Development Coordinator Drea Codispoti. “And he’s not showing any signs of slowing down soon. If he’s able to keep up this pace for the next few years, there’s no telling what other plateaus he might reach.”
Even more rare than reaching $1 million cash-in or making 100 placements in Top Echelon Network is reaching $2 million cash-in and 200 placements. At this point, Cameron has the opportunity to attain both of those feats.
“There’s no reason to think that Trey can’t finish his career as one of the most successful recruiters in Network history,” said Top Echelon Network President Mark Demaree. “Only time will tell, but right now he’s definitely in great position to accomplish even more as a Preferred Member. We’re certainly happy for Trey and his firm, and we wish him even more success in the future.”
Top Echelon Network was founded in 1988 in Canton, Ohio.
