USFI Hires New Creative Director, Barbara Stampley Barnes

USFI is pleased to announce that Barbara Stampley Barnes has joined USFI as Creative Director. Ms. Barnes comes to USFI after successful tenures at Temerlin McClain and The Richards Group as an art director and creative director. She has worked on many large brands, including American Airlines, ExxonMobil, NationsBank, El Chico, Tom Thumb and Farmers Insurance, as well as La Quinta, JCPenney, The Home Depot, Martha Stewart and Flexjet.

Ms. Barnes says, “I’m a Southern belle that, at the age of five, had a dream of being an art director. I ended up moving to Dallas from Mississippi State University to create award-winning advertising that makes a difference for my clients.” She has traveled the world creating those ads, many of them filmed from helicopters. She even took survival training in Newfoundland, enduring simulated crash landings in the iceberg-infested waters in order to be certified for an aerial shoot in the North Sea, proving that she will go to great lengths to create what’s best for each and every client’s needs.
