A daughter chronicles her father’s life and the impact his actions had on her family throughout the years in “Evil but Blessed?” the new memoir by Tiffani “Paradise” Hunt (published by AuthorHouse).
“It was brought to my attention that I should write a book regarding Tony’s life because he has an interesting story to tell, and he’s still alive to tell it,” Tiffani explains. “I decided to tell Tony about this idea to write a book about his life story. He was fine with the idea and agreed to tell me everything. Here’s what he told me.”
“Evil but Blessed?” tells the story of Tiffani’s upbringing in Cleveland, where her parents raised her and her four sisters Cali, Savannah, Jersei and Phoenyx. Each daughter provides their perspective of their father, and talks about the relationship each of them holds with him today.
Tony, who started out as a hopeful young entrepreneur, attempted to live life on the straight and narrow, but after a series of failures and disappointments, he “began to divert his energies in an emotional defensive and industrious direction,” Tiffani writes.
While experiencing Tony’s journey, readers will learn about the power of persuasion, youthful naivety and the value of personal reflection through mature eyes. Readers will depart from this narrative feeling the force of loves lost, options weighed and time irrecoverable. In the end, Tony must suffer the harsh reality of regrets as he evolves into a fully developed man. His losses are countered by the gains of wisdom accrued from life and its painstaking lessons.
