Bluegem will also be holding two breakout training sessions during the conference.
The first session, “Practical eLearning Delivery for RTOs” will be held on Friday 21st September from 10:15 am to 10:30 am in Arena 1B, presented by Managing Director of Bluegem Bruno Cozzi, and Leah Nagel Bluegem’s resident online content developer.
The presentation will show how to easily incorporate SCORM compliant eLearning into training programs, and how to acquire it through a single integrated RTO compliant solution.
The second session is “Microsoft Dynamics CRM and BluegemEXPLORE TMS Integration” with a subtitle of “Using cloud technology to forge better links with your customers”. It will be presented on Friday 21st September from 2:45 pm to 3:00 pm in Arena 1B, by Bruno Cozzi.
The session will teach attendees how to leverage Bluegem’s TMS and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relations Management) for the following purposes: building stronger client and employer relationships, marketing courses to new and existing customers, implementing end-to-end sales processes, integrating the entire process from marketing through to certification, and updating your CRM training results from the TMS training records.
Managing Director Bruno Cozzi is excited about the conference: “Once a year, the entire Vocational Education and Training industry get together for this huge conference. It provides a great opportunity for vendors to demonstrate their newest products, and it gives educators a chance to catch up with advances made in the field.”
Cozzi continued, “We are really looking forward to this conference, because we have a system that is making the entire vocational education field more effective and more efficient. We can help vocational educators keep things simple, and keep costs down. This eventually helps keep costs down for students as well, while helping to provide them a better education.”
Cozzi concluded, “The National VET Conference is a chance to visit old friends in the vocational education field and make new ones. An event like this is vital to the evolution of the sector; it helps keep both education and educators fresh and contemporary.”
