Author W.L. White III’s most difficult challenge in life occurred when he was diagnosed with stage three colorectal cancer in 2010. The newly married soldier had to fight the biggest fight of his life. He refused to be swallowed down by the disease and turned his attention to one of his pure joys – comic books. Instead of reading them, he decided to write one. Thus, FLUX materialized.
In this book, White builds up a searing and epic tale of humanity nearing extinction in FLUX. The year is 2015 and an annihilation force known throughout the Milky Way Galaxy as the Bahkrata are now aware of planet Earth. The desire of this group is to raid, pillage and herd the humans so they can replenish their own world by excavating the Earth of her global resources. The aggressiveness of the Bahkrata has left Earth ill prepared to stop the invasion of these innumerable advanced alien species.
Eight humans existing on planet Earth receive the Celestial Gifts of Powers, cerebral orbs that would equip them to handle an invasion of the unrelenting, cannibalized species. Howbeit, the hard part is getting these humans to realize how to ignite what they have been empowered with and join forces with their counterparts. With the threat of the Bahkrata quickly approaching, they are running out of time. These eight humans are all that stands between universal dominance and peace.
With his amazingly detailed subplots, White brilliantly concocts a masterfully told science fiction novel that never fails to entertain readers of all ages. In Flux, White unfolds a futuristic tale that guarantees a bright future for him in the genre of science fiction.
