Lima One Capital, LLC is pleased to welcome Mike Kowalski as its Director of Operations assistant. Mike will assist in underwriting hard money loans in Atlanta and South Carolina. He also will serve as closing coordinator for the fast-growing Atlanta hard money lender.    

Mike previously served honorably in the United States Marine Corps from 2008 until July of 2012. He initially served at the Marine Air Support Squadron 1 in the Direct Air Support Center. He held leadership positions as a fire team leader, squad leader, and platoon sergeant. While deployed to Iraq, he controlled aircraft, managed casualty evacuations, and directed tactical air support requests and assault support requests. He concluded his tour in the Marines as a corporal in the Weapons Training and Tactics Program, receiving a certificate of commendation.

Mike lives in Greenville, SC, and is married to Gena. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and working on cars.
