Belk is harnessing the power of social media and the visual impact of photography and video with the launch of a Pinterest page at http://www.pinterest.com/mybelk as a vehicle for communicating the company’s latest fashion trends and merchandise offerings.
The new Pinterest page, which debuts Sept. 17, welcomes visitors with the message: “Welcome to Modern.Southern.Style. It’s more than just shopping. Browse the latest trends. Pin the ones you love. And most importantly, feel free to make yourself at home.”

Examples of pinboard themes planned for the launch of the Belk Pinterest page include: New Hue for You, Southern Belle, Patterns & Printspiration, Women’s Most Wanted, Men’s Most Wanted, Juniors Hot Picks, Young Men’s Hot Picks, Home Hot Picks, Kids Hot Picks, Get Your Game in Gear (collegiate), Kick Some Bootie (shoes), Flat Out Fabulous (shoes), Beauty Sense and Modern Southern Bride.
