Manage at Home, a leading UK retailer of mobility and disability products, have launched a brand new website this month in order to assist its customers with an easier online shopping experience.
To cater for their audience's varied age-ranges, the Manage at Home website – which can be found at http://www.manageathome.co.uk can now be viewed in three different font sizes – Normal, Medium or Large – to make pages as readable as possible.
In keeping with the simplified theme, the navigation bar has also been improved upon. Categorised by area of the home, the navigation bar that has been re-designed and re-structured to enable users to go directly to the area they wish to improve in their home, where an array of recommended products will be displayed.
Simplifying this ensures that online shoppers – whether old or new – are able to quickly and easily find the products that they really need.
In addition to hotline already provided by the company, should they have any questions, a live chat system has been introduced so that visitors to the site can ask questions about Manage at Home’s products, meaning they can receive a real-time response from the supplier.
To promote their new launch, Manage at Home will be exhibiting at DNEX 2012 – The Annual Exhibition of Disability North – where staff will be on stand 49 to display their products and listen to visitors on how living with disability could be made easier.
DNEX 2012 will be held at Newcastle Racecourse on 19th and 20th September 2012.
