Live Onsite and Webcast Auction of Window Manufacturing Plant to be Conducted on September 20, 2012.

HYPERAMS, LLC and Heath Industrial recently purchased the assets of a shuttered Serious Energy window manufacturing plant in Chicago, IL. HYPERAMS and Health Industrial partnered with The Working World to purchase the assets in what should be a win-win situation. The Working World will re-open the window manufacturing business in conjunction with the former employees in the plant under the name of New Era Window in Chicago, IL. The combined purchase will allow New Era to start its scaled down operation while maximizing the return on the assets no longer needed for this business.

The auction will be a live onsite and webcast auction on September 20, 2012. The auction will begin at 10:00AM CST. Inspection for the sale will be on Wednesday, September 19th from 9:00AM-4:00PM CST.

The auction will include assembly and roll form lines, welders, a coating line, glass cutting tables, glass groove and cleaning machines, flying cut-off saws, test stands, corner cleaners, sash cleaners, drills, miscellaneous tool room assets and plant equipment, office & kitchen equipment and more!
