Whitehouse Consulting has merged with PCMS. Mr. Whitehouse has agreed to supervise the growth of PCMS' Real Estate Consulting Services as well as increase the company's capacity to offer merger and acquisition, succession planning, operational review, process management, and other real estate consulting services PCMS plans to launch.
Mr. Whitehouse will be managing the rollout of the new PCMS REinvent Assessment℠ App in the coming weeks. A real estate tool designed specifically for brokers, the REinvent Assessment provides detailed operational review and benchmarking. The assessment provides an operational road map to assist brokers in modernizing their business practices, where brokers are measured in essential areas of real estate business management.
Participating brokers are graded on a wide variety of factors, including their management team's acceptance of change, online presence, recruiting practices, operational systems, consumer experience delivery, and profitability. The intent is to benchmark how brokerages match up against each other locally, regionally, and nationally and demonstrate how their progress impacts profitability.

Ernie Whitehouse founded Whitehouse Consulting in 2002. Mr. Whitehouse began his consulting career after selling Coldwell Banker Harnden Beecher to NRT, Inc., a division of Realogy, in 2002. At the time, his company was the largest brokerage in the State of Maine. Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation subsequently hired Mr. Whitehouse to develop and implement a new, industry-leading operational review platform that is still in use today.

Led by Whitehouse, the series will run on September 27 (Succession Planning), October 16 (Brokerage Business Valuation) and November 1 (Operational Review). The topics will focus on helping real estate brokers and their management teams uncover real estate business management strategies to grow their companies and improve their market position. Attendees will learn how to identify waste, inefficiency, and potential opportunities to become more profitable.
