One Step Retail Solutions (onestepretail.com) announced today a free educational series of webinars that will review the basics of Retail Key Performance Indicators for retailers both new and old. The series, “Retail Metrics” will be presented every Tuesday for six weeks beginning September 25, 2012.

In a survey conducted this past Spring, One Step Retail Solutions found that a majority of retailers wanted more education on the use of key performance indicators for their businesses. The retail technology available to retailers today gives them a large capacity for reporting, but learning to use these reports without a resulting “information overload” is something that many retailers lack. As a major provider of retail management technology, One Step has created a series of free webinars to educate retailers on the five most important retail metrics for their business and how they fit together.
