MBA Women International (MBAWI) reminded their members and recruiters today about the benefits of their MBA Career Services program powered by Symplicity. This is the main tool that MBAWI recruiters use to post jobs, review resumes and schedule interviews with professional women and MBA students.
“This program brings together our members and our recruiting, corporate partners. Seeking an internship or job can be a daunting task, so we offer a place for our members to upload their resumes and apply for jobs with companies that are actively seeking female MBAs,” says Philana Kiely, Vice President, Programs and Chapter Development. “Our partners have the option of hosting an interview booth at our annual career fair. The company can prescreen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates attending the career fair. The career center is becoming increasingly important as companies are keenly pursuing qualified females to fill their leadership pipelines.”
MBA Career Services Manager (CSM) is a comprehensive web-based career services management solution for career services staff, students and employers. CSM unites all facets of the enterprise under one customizable application branded with an institution’s look and feel. Its state-of-the-art features have enabled career offices to provide more services to employers and students than ever before while increasing efficiency and reducing operating costs for the office.
“We want to encourage all MBAWI members and recruiters to take advantage of the CSM tool and get signed up before our annual conference,” adds Kiely.
MBAWI will host their annual Leadership Conference and Career Fair October 18-20 in Phoenix, Arizona.
