In his new position, Bertrand will be responsible for providing on-site guidance for customers seeking high quality, ergonomic ladder rack solutions that improve productivity and reduce accidents associated from lifting heavy, cumbersome ladders.

After acquiring Bustin, R•O•M joined with West Saint Paul, MN-based Prime Design as part of its long-term strategic initiative of growth through new product introduction and strategic partnerships. Prime Design became a division of R•O•M in March 2012.

“Prime Design has used its exceptional engineering talent to build the best ladder rack in the marketplace,” said Hupke. “Larry has the work ethic, insight and knowledge to guide customers in harnessing the product line to their greatest advantage.”
