KidCheck, Inc. today announced it has added more features and made ease-of-use improvements to its secure children's check-in solution. New features include youth volunteer check-in, child pick-up alert and additional language options for multilingual check-in. Improvements to the children’s check-in system include a more organized and intuitive check-in screen, more dynamic dashboard, and the ability to communicate updates and new support tools real-time.

Youth Volunteer Check-in
For organizations utilizing youth volunteers, KidCheck now allows organizations to authorize and designate them as volunteers just like adults. Right at the check-in screen, parents/guardians can easily check the youth in, and specify them as a volunteer as well.
Child Pick-Up Alert
When a parent is ready to check-out and pick up a child, there’s no longer a need to phone the classroom from the main check-in/out area or physically send someone with the message to the classroom. Easily communicate with the classroom right through KidCheck’s children’s check-in system by remotely sending a visual and audio alert to be acknowledged when securely releasing the child.
KidCheck provides multiple language options to be displayed for the children’s check-in screen. Approximately 50 different languages are available, including Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish. Simply start check-in and choose the appropriate language.
Children’s Check-In Screen and Dashboard
Multiple ease-of-use and visual improvements have been made on the KidCheck children’s check-in screen and the customer’s dashboard.
The check-in screen is easier and more intuitive for parents and guardians to use with a new tab format which better organizes the check-in process and allows all information to be viewable on one screen. This helps speed up check-in, and is helpful for organizations using netbooks and tablets which have smaller screens. In addition, parent notifications and announcements are now displayed more prominently to ensure important messages get seen.
Each KidCheck customer has a personal dashboard with their organization’s current check-in information, check-in statistics and check-in history. These are now easier to read, more colorful, more dynamic and organized using the same new intuitive tab format. Additionally a special area has been added to the dashboard so KidCheck customers are quickly and easily made aware of important updates, the latest news and when new support tools have been made available.
