More than 40 renowned restaurants and wineries are participating in this year’s Fifth Annual Signature Chefs event on Sunday, September 23 benefitting the March of Dimes, presented by Westime.

The premier food and wine event will be led by Ari Rosenson, the executive chef at CUT and Eric Espuny, the director of wine at the Royce at the Langham. Other participating restaurants include: Church & State, A.O.C. and Fig Restaurant. The event will also feature a live auction and cocktails and tastings by The Macallan and Finlandia.

“Each year the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction features the best Los Angeles restaurants and California wineries. This year, we are excited to welcome Westime as the presenting sponsor and we are all looking forward to a wonderful evening benefitting the lifesaving work of the March of Dimes,” said Stephen Henning, Event Chair.

The money raised by the event will go to support the March of Dimes mission. 159,685 babies are born in Los Angeles each year, and the March of Dimes has helped each one of them through research, education, vaccines, and breakthroughs.
