Triggit CEO and Torchlight expects to see "amazing results in Japan" in new partnership

Torchlight Inc. (CEO Takeshi Yabuki, "Torchlight") has formed a partnership with Triggit, Inc., a Facebook Exchange real-time bidding partner, to be one of the earliest companies to utilize Facebook ® Exchange in Japan.

Facebook Exchange is a new service from Facebook, which enables marketers to bid in real time. Triggit was selected as one of the early partners for the Facebook Exchange, and Torchlight chose them to power their clients because of their ability to provide a scalable bidding system, FBX-ready dynamic creative and algorithm, server-side cookie store and flexible pricing for advertisers and agencies. Torchlight is excited to be one of the first to leverage this technology to sell ads on Facebook Exchange to the Japan market.

In June, Facebook announced that they would enable real-time bidding its platform. Real-time bidding is a process that lets advertisers bid in real time on specific ad impressions, which means that advertisers can deliver more relevant advertising in a timely manner at a scale not possible before. For example, a travel site may be interested in reaching a person who searched for a flight but did not complete the purchase. With Facebook Exchange, this travel website can show that person a related ad on Facebook by partnering with a company like Triggit.

Triggit CEO Zach Coelius is excited about the partnership in Japan. “We’ve been seeing 4x higher return on ad spend and nearly 7x lower cost per action for ads running on the Facebook Exchange here in the U.S. We expect to see more amazing results in Japan as well with Torchlight, especially as they have great in-depth knowledge and experience with social platforms.” Currently, Torchlight provides Facebook ad planning and operation to approximately 40 companies per month. Through a partnership with Triggit, Torchlight will further strengthen its advertising operations in the Japanese market. The firm will continue to provide one-stop solution to solve various needs concerning social media planning, creative, producing, reporting. etc. as a member of DAC group.
