Goodsearch LLC, announced today that it has acquired the marketing rights to Celebrated Chefs, a Washington-based, company that raises money for nonprofit organizations through the support of local businesses.
This acquisition will expand the reach of GoodDining, a product of GoodSearch.com. GoodDining provides a way for people to support their favorite cause – whether that is a local food bank, school, animal shelter, or a national organization like the Michael J Fox Foundation – each time they dine out, 365-days-a-year. Diners simply visit GoodDining.com to register their credit and/or debit cards. Then they dine at one of more than 10,000 participating restaurants, bars and clubs nationwide, including well-known brands like Black Angus, Macaroni Grill, Lucky Strike, and local favorites. When they pay with their registered card at participating restaurants, they automatically earn up to 6% of their dining bill toward their selected cause--at no extra cost to the diner.
Scott Garell, CEO of GoodSearch said, “Through expanding our reach with Celebrated Chefs, we are able to further our mission of empowering anyone to change the world through simple every day actions by enabling people to help their favorite cause each time they dine out.” In a statement, Bob Sarkie, CEO and President of Celebrated Chefs said, “We are pleased that Goodsearch will leverage our expertise and client base to continue our primary mission of raising money for our charity partners.”
Headquartered in San Francisco, CA, GoodSearch empowers anyone to change the world through simple everyday actions that raise money for causes people care most about.
