Big4.com notes that at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, PwC will present at a session entitled, “Defining your social strategy: going from co-creation to realization.” The discussion will address how business transformation to social and mobile customer conversations create competitive disruption across industries, as well as leading practices and strategic elements companies are leveraging to become a social enterprise.
The conference will be held September 18-21, 2012, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. PwC will be in booth 607 in the Cloud Expo.
Big4.com also notes that on Wednesday, September 19 at 12:00 pm, PwC will be part of an interactive panel discussion “Innovation Insights: Driving customer Transformation with Social App,” which will examine social innovations and the skills required to develop and deliver social apps to customers.
