After the successful Math is Fun event with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and the Physics of Roller Coaster with Six Flags New England Dads Do Good, a platform for parents and children to have playful learning experiences, is partnering with BOKS, an initiative of The Reebok Foundation, for physical fitness. We believe that children who exercise regularly do better in school.
Dads Do Good (http://www.dadsdogood.com) is partnering with BOKS to provide an immersive experience on physical exercise to Boston area parents and children. This event will be held at Reebok Headquarters in Canton MA on Sunday, October 14th from 2 to 4pm. The event is FREE but registration http://kidscanworkitout.eventbrite.com/ is required to attend.

Age for kids: Elementary and middle school kids, but kids of all ages are welcome
Dress code: Dress for a workout. Sneakers recommended.

During the event experts would be speaking on the topic of health and fitness and its correlation to children's academic performance. Both the parents and the kids would then participate in a 45 minute BOKS training program that includes moderate to vigorous physical activity. Whether your kid is an avid athlete or just foraying into the field, you will find the pace to suit you.
