The producer of San Diego Oysterfest brings outlaw and alternative country music to the beautiful downtown setting of Marina Embarcadero North featuring appearances by Dwight Yoakam, Hayes Carll, The White Buffalo, The Bastard Sons of Johnny Cash and Gabriel Kelley.
Emcee for the event will be Sirius Outlaw Country’s “Loon in the Afternoon” Mojo Nixon.
Fresh off the release of his first album of new material in seven years, Dwight Yoakam is ready once again to straddle the peak of country music. This great new material added to three decades of hits promises a treat for all country fans.
WCCMF will also feature barbeque from some of San Diego’s leading restaurants with Whiskey Girl, Barleymash, Rubicon, Duck Dive and Bootlegger all taking part as vendors together with barbeque masters from throughout California.
Patrons at the event will also be able to enjoy the opportunity to take part in line dancing, roping, the choosing of a Miss Daisy Duke plus music and comedy at the Grand Artique stage.
WCCMF is proud to support the efforts of Veterans Research Corporation and this event will benefit all the work they do improving the lives of military veterans and their families through medical research.
