The Metropolitan Technology Services Group LLC (MetroTech) announced today that it has named James Cafferky Business Development Manager of the Retail Industry Solutions practice at The Metropolitan Technology Services Group.

The Metropolitan Technology Services Group LLC (MetroTech) announced today that it has named James Cafferky Business Development Manager for its Retail Industry Solutions practice. Cafferky will be responsible for business development, sales generation and the selection of products and services offered through this business practice focused on the Retail industry.

“Filling this position will enable MetroTech to move forward with its strategy of developing a practice to offer IT products, services and solutions to the Retail Industry” said Michael Accardi, VP of Sales – NJ & Delaware Valley.

“Cafferky’s background in business development and marketing along with his experience selling into the Retail industry provides the skills and experience that we believe will enable Cafferky as Business Development Manager to successfully develop and lead MetroTech’s Retail Vertical practice” said Accardi.

Before joining MetroTech, Cafferky held senior sales positions at several technology resellers and at manufacturers such as Digital Equipment and Honeywell Information Systems. Cafferky received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from La Salle University.
