To our commitment to excellence in manufacturing, Jeff Petroski will fill the new post of Engineering Manager, responsible for the overall engineering and maintenance management. Jeff has extensive experience in plant engineering, extruder platforms and polymer/processing equipment. He has implemented initiatives to improve engineering functions and is a proponent of safety and strong preventive maintenance.
Jeff Brunsma, in the new position of Project Engineering Manager, will be responsible for executing projects for both of Fiberon’s manufacturing facilities and new equipment needs.
Stan Bowman will fill the role as Maintenance Manager, responsible for operations of the New London plant. Stan has broad experience as an electrical and technical maintenance manager in plastics and particle-board facilities. His extensive experience includes expertise in utilities and electronics; including advanced electronic technology instruction. Stan is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Fiberon has hired Garry Flaherty as Human Resources Manager, formerly with US Logistics. Garry brings expertise in strategic human resources, earning his Masters of Science in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island.
