Dallas Office Opening on North Central Expressway at Henderson

Ben Tiblets, Co-President of Consuro Managed Technology, reports his company, founded in 2008, has expanded to establish a broader Metroplex presence for the firm that is adding employees and clients daily to its rapidly growing client base of businesses throughout the area. The Dallas opening includes the addition of two new team members: Jennifer McDonald, Account Manager, and Lori McCormick, Art Director.

Consuro’s comprehensive Windows-based IT services include desktop, server and network management; offsite management; data center solutions; consulting and project oversight; and asset procurement and installation.

Consuro also provides disaster recovery solutions designed to protect a company's critical data and applications from a site failure, ensuring systems stay up and running in disaster situations.

“Our standard is quick, efficient response times when our clients call with IT issues,” said Mr. Tiblets. “Our foothold in both cities increases this ability and adds resources and capabilities for our clients across the Metroplex. We are quickly rising to the demands of our growing business.”

Consuro is welcoming two new team members to the Dallas office. According to Consuro,
Jennifer McDonald, Account Manager, will develop and support the company’s Dallas area offerings and client base. Ms. McDonald will work with clients on their productivity needs, providing help with ongoing projects, equipment purchases, assisting with new server connectivity and facilitating interaction with vendors. She will also be involved in business development for the company, guiding prospective clients about the benefits and opportunities of managed services and assisting companies to make decisions that are best for their businesses. Ms. McDonald joins Consuro from Future Com, where she worked as Enterprise Account Manager.

Lori McCormick, Art Director is the newest member of the Consuro marketing team and will serve the entire statewide organization from the Dallas office. Ms. McCormick was most recently Program Designer at StyleMark, Inc. Reporting to marketing director Courtney Summers, Ms. McCormick will be providing creative direction on a broad range of design, advertising and multimedia efforts. Ms. McCormick’s work will enhance the full customer experience as she collaborates with the marketing team to roll out new projects.

“We believe that excellent account service and marketing are both key components of client satisfaction,” continued Mr. Tiblets. “Lori and Jennifer are outstanding additions to the Consuro team, and our Dallas clients will benefit greatly from their service and proximity.”

The Dallas office is located at 4300 North Central Expressway in Dallas, just south of the Knox-Henderson exit.

Fort Worth’s 20,000 square foot data center and network operations center is at 801 Cherry Street in downtown Fort Worth.

Consuro employs 25 at the two DFW sites and through additional offices in San Antonio and San Angelo, Texas. Consuro expects further expansion with a Houston site planned for later this year.

"The need for full managed services is growing rapidly,” said Mr. Tiblets. “Increased demand here and in other regions of Texas is up, but the Dallas market is particularly hot right now. We’re fortunate to enjoy the thriving business climate in Dallas and Fort Worth.”
