The Public Private Partnership Alliance (P3A) today announced the speakers and program details for its annual Public Private Partnership Conference (P3C).

There is a large and growing appetite for P3 projects across the country. These arrangements are becoming important vehicles to bring essential real estate projects to fruition.

P3C, to be held in Dallas, Texas at the Sheraton Downtown Dallas Hotel on February 21 and 22, 2013, brings together real estate development professionals and municipal leaders to highlight the latest development trends and opportunities involving public private partnerships.

P3C is a major a setting for municipal agencies to announce, unveil, and discuss major upcoming community development projects. The nation's top developers, builders, architects, financiers, and consultants will be in attendance to address fresh innovations for accelerating public private partnerships. In-depth seminars and panels will cover topics relating to development and project finance, federal development incentives, private sector investment, national and regional economic trends, and urban policy.
