“We are excited to participate in the ARMA Conference and Expo, and look forward to interacting with the talented individuals and organizations that comprise the records management industry,” said Rob Hamilton, VP and GM of Document Management.

Recall, a leader in document storage, secure document destruction, digital document management and data protection, today announced its participation at ARMA International’s 57th Annual Conference and Expo at McCormick Place in Chicago, Il., September 23-25, 2012. Recall has adopted the theme, “Rocking Your Records,” for this year’s event, and will offer a wide array of informative and interactive activities to give participants real-world insight into the critical nature of secure document management.

Recall—which will be located at Booth 313—will demonstrate the precise tracking capabilities of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), which the company uses to provide customers with the highest retrieval accuracy, compliance and security of their holdings, in a fraction of the time that less-accurate retrieval practices can offer. Participants wearing RFID tags can walk through scanning portals at the Recall booth, which will correctly identify who they are. Additionally, visitors can pull and print live RFID audits. Recall is an industry leader in its use of RFID technology, becoming the first records management company to offer RFID tags on the carton level in 2007, and expanding the offering to individual files in 2011.

“We are excited to participate in ARMA International’s 57th Annual Conference and Expo, and look forward to interacting with the diverse and talented collection of individuals and organizations that comprise the records management industry,” said Rob Hamilton, VP and GM of Document Management Solutions. “This is also an opportunity for Recall to give conference visitors unique, hands-on examples of the technological innovations we utilize to better serve our expanding customer base, through the efficient, accurate and secure retrieval of their most critical documents.”

In addition to RFID demonstrations, Recall will also host informative sessions that will shed light on the topics and emerging issues impacting the records management industry:

  •     “Information in the Cloud – What We Need to Know,” with Brent Gatewood, MBA, CRM
  •     “Privacy and Security Laws,” with Alan Rosenberg, Esq., CIPP, General Counsel, Recall
  •     “Realizing 100 Percent Audit Trail,” with Jon Poole, Six Sigma Black Belt, RFID Manager, Recall

During exhibit hours, Recall executives, operations specialists, Six Sigma Black Belts and service line experts will be available at Recall’s booth to discuss specific programs. Details about Recall’s “Rocking Your Records” theme is available at http://www.rocktherecords.com/ARMA.
