Mobile Advertising Company Focuses on Building R&D, Expanding Corporate Alliances in U.S., and Global Media Buying Initiatives

MassiveImpact, a leader in performance mobile advertising, announces today the appointment of new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Moshe Shachar, Vice President of U.S. Operations Kevin Cowen, and Vice President of Media Daniel Zelkind. Shachar brings over a decade of experience to his new role and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s research and development operations and Cowen will develop all corporate alliances and expand the corporate presence in North America. Additionally, Zelkind will oversee MassiveImpact’s global media buying and mobile campaigns to drive revenue growth and meet advertiser conversion goals. Shachar and Cowen will report directly to Sephi Shapira, CEO and Founder of MassiveImpact and Zelkind will report to Guy Efrati, General Manager of MassiveImpact.

Prior to joining MassiveImpact, Shachar served as CTO at DSNR, where he was responsible for developing the technology support, strategic planning and other key initiatives, including: sales, marketing, business development, business intelligence, risk management and cloud computing.

In addition, he held the position of Director of Search Services at XTEND Media (currently called Matomy Media Group) where he operated two departments with the focus on maximizing advertiser revenues and increasing media profit margins.
