Our routine enhancement has turned out to be an impressive overhaul of one of our more popular databases

Direct mail data provider, BB Direct, recently completed major enhancements to their Mortgage Masterfile. With over 51 million parcels and 45 million US households included, the BB Direct Mortgage Data file is a must mail for real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and many others. Each record on the BB Direct Mortgage Masterfile is a verified homeowner. The file is updated bimonthly for increased deliverability and is run through stringent cleansing methods including NCOA and CASS certification. In addition, telephone numbers associated with the file are regularly cleansed for Do Not Call compliance.

“Our routine enhancement has turned out to be an impressive overhaul of one of our more popular databases,” states Brian Berg, BB Direct CEO, of the recent enhancements to the Mortgage Database. In addition, “Positive changes to the home ownership and property values were a large contributor to our recent enhancement,” Berg commented.

The BB Direct Mortgage Masterfile is filterable by an array of selections for premium targeting including pool, garage, or fireplace present in the home, year the home was built, loan information (including, but not limited to; loan type, amount of loan, date of loan, loan establishment), and owner occupied/rental homes.
