Hertz Investment Group’s Gateway Center in Pittsburgh Leases 100,000 Square Feet to Gateway Health Plan

Four Gateway Center will become the principal headquarters for Gateway Health Plan which has been consistently named one of “America’s Best Health Plans” by U.S. News & World Report.

Gateway Center’s plazas, fountains, towering trees, gardens and secure walkways provide one of the most popular gathering spaces in metropolitan Pittsburgh.

Hertz Investment Group announced today that it has leased 100,000 square feet of commercial space in Pittsburgh to Gateway Health Plan. Gateway Health Plan will occupy floors 17 to 21 and a portion of the first floor in Four Gateway Center which is owned and managed by Hertz Investment Group.

Four Gateway Center will become the principal headquarters for Gateway Health Plan which has been consistently named one of “America’s Best Health Plans” by U.S. News & World Report and is ranked among the top Medicaid health plans in the nation by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Gateway is also one of the largest Medicare Special Needs plans and is positioned to offer new Medicare products this fall for 2013. Gateway Health will move into its new quarters in April 2013.
