NSF’s GMP for Sport™ registration verifies that Marlyn's state of the art facility in Phoenix, Arizona complies with FDA current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) for producing dietary and sports supplements. Facilities earning GMP registration meet good manufacturing practices and include two annual facility inspections, to ensure continued compliance to these manufacturing requirements. GMPs describe the methods, equipment, facilities, and controls for producing dietary supplement products.
Importantly, NSF GMP for Sport™ registration also verifies that Marlyn's Phoenix manufacturing facility does not manufacture, warehouse, distribute or process any substances banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). NSF inspects facilities for a range of substances identified by leading sports organizations, such as the World Anti-Doping Agency. NSF International’s GMP Sport Program enables manufacturers working within the sports supplement industry, such as Marlyn Nutraceuticals, to emphasize quality throughout their operations.
