GSC Home Study Courses– an industry leader in high quality continuing education (CE) courses for healthcare professionals – has recently been granted Approved Provider status by the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. (AOTA) allowing the provider to offer continuing education courses to occupational therapists across the country.
The AOTA Approved Provider status demonstrates GSC Home Study Courses’ ability to meet established AOTA criteria and guidelines for the development and delivery of CE activities that are relevant and meaningful to occupational therapists. Currently GSC Home Study Courses offers occupational therapists more than 50 CE courses, providing these busy professionals with an alternative to expensive and time-consuming workshops and seminars.
According to Amy Bernard, Director of Continuing Education, “Using therapeutic techniques and interventions, OTs help people across the lifespan participate in the essential activities of daily living.
