Peter Baldwin, an operational CFO and change specialist has joined Greater Yield as Knowledge Leader to lend his expertise in the finance and accounting arena.
As a former Big 4 management consultant, Baldwin specializes in business process design and technology upgrades. He has spent the latter part of his career as CFO of small-to-medium-sized businesses in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, retail, construction and commercial printing. Baldwin is often consulted by DFW-area banks to assist clients and prospective clients in improving the way they manage their finance and accounting functions.

Prior to joining Greater Yield, Baldwin served as a financial consultant to First State Manufacturing Inc, a leader in the aerospace, defense, entertainment and food industries, since the company’s founding in 2004. Through this position, he developed a strategic financial plan that allowed FSM to grow rapidly, intelligently and successfully. His work ultimately led to FSM’s invitation to present on behalf of small businesses at the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa.
Baldwin holds a degree in International Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Oregon. He is also fluent in Hungarian.
