New Updates in Vana HCM Update 8 Include:

Enhanced Mobile Support - Vana HCM Update 8 introduces new mobile support using standards-based HTML5 for cross platform support including iPhone, Android, Blackberry, and tablet devices. Vana HCM Mobile now includes a social org chart to search, find, and connect with anyone in the organization, and work feed powered by Chatter, delivering real-time workforce updates.

Social Recruitment -    Vana HCM Update 8 introduces new social recruiting and candidate marketing features to continue to offer the most complete social recruiting platform completely integrated as part of the Vana Human Capital Management suite. New features include the ability to create social contacts in CRM from Job Candidates in Vana HCM to create targeted email campaigns and dedicated talent pools. Additionally, resume parsing now includes the ability to automatically perform a social search to find and integrate back a complete social profile for a candidate including a presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Google +.

Payroll Connect - Payroll Connect has been significantly enhanced in version 8 to include an upgraded configuration mapping tool to easily connect with any payroll provider as well as extending Payroll Connect with new pre-built connectors to additional payroll providers including ADP Pay eXpert®, ADP People@Work®, and PayChoice® joining the growing list of delivered integrations.

Absence Management - Vana HCM 8 delivers significant enhancements to absence management including expanded time off calendars, additional support for mobile absence requests, employee deletion of future date absences, as well as Chatter™ based absence approvals.
