Atterro Human Capital Group, formerly known as Pro Staff, is proudly celebrating three decades as a staffing industry leader providing qualified temporary employees, direct hire talent acquisition services and contingent workforce management solutions.

Founded in Minneapolis as Dobbs Temporary Service on September 30, 1982, the company grew to include locations throughout Minnesota. In association with Dobbs, Pro Staff Personnel Services began operations in Dallas, Texas, followed by a Houston location that opened in 1986. Growth continued as Pro Staff Accounting Services was established in 1991 and Pro Staff IT Professionals started in 1995. The year 1997 saw more expansion, as Digital People was acquired to serve creative and marketing areas and an engineering focus developed into Ware Technology Services. In 2010, the strategic decision was made to establish Atterro Human Capital Group as the parent company identity, leveraging the full power of its four specialty brands: Pro Staff, Digital People, Hunter Hamilton and Ware Technology Services – its current structure – operating in locations around the Twin Cities and in Greater Minnesota, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Kansas City, Des Moines, Chicago and Boston. Atterro also services on-site client locations throughout the country through its SmartSourcing Services group.
