Direct Quote is an easy to use automated web-based application that helps health care providers manage patient related cash flow using their payer contracted rates and real-time patient benefits. With close to 30 percent of a medical practice’s total revenue now coming from the patient in the form of higher co-pays and deductibles, it is imperative for practices to proactively manage patient “Out-of-Pocket” costs at or prior to the “Point-of-Care”.

Direct Payer Audit, a customized extension of Direct Quote tracks the accuracy of payments from payers based on actual contracted rates. Inaccurate payments are identified and appropriate payment is tracked and collected from the payer.
