This is just another part of the company’s long-standing commitment to make good people better.

Support for this mindset comes directly from Red Book Solution's parent company B2A, LLC which is announcing the launch of a B2A University educational initiative soon. The goal of the project is two-fold. Initially, it will further training and training reinforcement, allowing employees to not only do their jobs more effectively, but also learn new skills to advance their knowledge and career. B2A University’s partnership with IFA’s CFE program will also ensure that Red Book Solutions’ employees have an advanced understanding around the needs and challenges of their franchise clients. This allows them to serve franchise managers better and to be a true resource to clients across the wide range of industries they serve.
The CFE Certification is a recognized symbol of professional standing and performance within the franchise community. To earn a CFE certification, participants must gain 3,500 credits through a combination of education, participation in the association’s seminars and meetings, and years of industry experience. The process generally takes a minimum of 1 ½ years to complete, demonstrating the large investment for all Red Book Solutions’ participants.

IFA’s CFE program is the only professional development program for franchising developed by franchise executives. The program is administered by the ICFE Board of Governors, which is comprised of franchisors, suppliers and franchisees.
