Company selected by the people as Favorite New Product, Software, Human Capital Management Solution

MySammy was named the winner of People’s Choice Stevie® Award for Favorite New Products in The 10th Annual American Business Awards today. Since its official launch late in 2011, MySammy’s productivity measurement solution has garnered widespread accolades for tackling a problem many companies face. Its easy to use cloud-based solution lets companies finally figure out how to measure the productivity of their employees by tracking how they spend their time on the computer.

The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the trophies were presented to winners during a gala banquet on Monday, September 17 at the Julia Morgan Ballroom in San Francisco. More than 200 nominees and their guests attended.

The People’s Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite New Products are a feature of The American Business Awards in which the general public can vote for their favorite new products and services of the year. More than 98,000 votes were cast in 30 product categories in this year’s vote. All new products and services honored in the ABA’s new product categories were included in people’s choice voting.

More than 3,000 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Most Innovative Company of the Year, Management Team of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others.

“We are honored to be recognized by the voting people as their favorite new product for Human Capital Management software,” says Edward M. Kwang, President of MySammy. “The feedback we have received since our launch has been tremendous. We look forward to bringing the message to companies large and small that yes, there is a way to measure and improve your employees’ productivity.”

“The People’s Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite New Products have become one of the most popular features of The American Business Awards,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards.
