The healing love of Jesus is reaffirmed in Shirley Faunce’s book, “Suffer The Little Ones” (published by AuthorHouse).

As part of her new marketing campaign, Faunce made an appearance at the 2012 Book-to-Screen PitchFest, held in Las Vegas March 23-24, where she pitched “Suffer The Little Ones” to representatives from all walks of the entertainment industry.

Other publicity efforts include televised ad placement promoting the book, and a Hollywood screenwriter will be adapting “Suffer The Little Ones” for possible film adaptation.

Faunce will also be promoting her book at the AARP’s annual convention and expo with a scheduled book signing at the event, held in New Orleans Sept. 20 – 22.

“I have always considered the story of Jesus with the children one of the most beautiful stories in the Bible,” Faunce explains. “It seemed to me that anyone who had been touched by Him would be touched for life, and I have tried to incorporate this into an historical epic of life under the horrors and cruelty of the Roman Empire and the persecution of the Christians.”
