The company laid down the mission statement as, “We provide winning solutions with our innovative, passionate & responsive teams”. The company also introduced five set of values which Search Eccentric will strictly adhere to. Mr Gaurav Sabharwal, business head, started the evening with emphasis on why to have a vision and mission. “Vision is where we want to be and mission is what we are going to do” he explained “every person wants to grow but hardly anybody knows how to grow.” The vision, mission and value statements will keep us focused on what we want to achieve, he opined.
Mr Sabharwal emphasized the fact that to stay alive in this cut-throat competition, we not only need to be the solution provider but the most innovative one too.

The mission statement was very much anticipated, looking at the care Search Eccentric takes while building a team. “Innovative, passionate and responsive teams are made of team members with the same qualities and while recruiting we ensure that the candidate has these qualities in him.
