The Adidas Superstar Showcase will provide potential college prospects from around the state of Ohio with an opportunity to play in front of college coaches as well as national and regional media outlets such as Scout.com, Rivals.com and OHHoops.com.
This showcase event will take place on October 7th at Western Reserve Academy on 115 College Street in Hudson, Ohio.
Designed to provide a comprehensive one day event for boys in grades 9-12 hoping to play at the collegiate level, the Adidas Superstar Showcase will provide exposure games, skill development training and off the court development covering topics such as College Recruitment and NCAA Academic Eligibility.
In addition to the college coaches and media that will be in attendance, prospects also will gain exposure to college coaches at all levels through the partnership between the Adidas Superstar Showcase and the Ohio Hoops Report. The Ohio Hoops Report is an NCAA certified scouting services that is subscribed to by college coaches at every collegiate level from throughout the country. The Ohio Hoops Report will also provide an individual players evaluation for every prospect in attendance to aid in their future development.
Event Director Mike Duncan has operated the Ohio Basketball Club, an Adidas sponsored grassroots basketball program, since 1985 and has helped produced hundreds of college and professional players.
