The most innovative company in the retargeting space, ReTargeter.com, today announced that it has been named as an honoree on the 2012 Empact100 list by Empact, an organization that focuses on making entrepreneurship a viable career option for everyone around the world.
Over the past three years, ReTargeter has made industry leading innovations in display advertising, retargeting, audience targeting, and real-time bidding. ReTargeter has seen revenue growth for 13 straight quarters, and has raised their revenue growth outlook for the year, having doubled their client base since the first half of 2011. The company has increased its workforce by over 300% in the past year, and looks to continue their aggressive expansion plans well into 2013.
The list was finalized by the 2012 Empact Academy. Members of the Academy are among the United States’ leading entrepreneurs, and include:
Now in its second year, the Empact100 recognized ReTargeter as being among the United States’ “Top 100 Companies Started by Young Entrepreneurs,” during a ceremony held on Friday, September 28 at the White House. Arjun Dev Arora, Founder and CEO, accepted the award on behalf of ReTargeter at the ceremony.
“We are proud to be recognized by the Empact100 alongside an amazing list of inspiring and innovative companies that are making a difference, said Dev Arora. “Our true success lies in our ability to delight our clients with outstanding performance and customer service, while staying true to the values which have guided our organization since the very beginning. Our mission is to help companies grow and succeed by solving their marketing problems, and it’s an honor to join other companies which are working hard to keep our economy growing.”
The Empact100 list is comprised of the top 100 companies in the Empact Showcase, a compilation of the United States’ leading entrepreneurs who are age 30 and under, and whose annual revenues or operating budgets (for non-profits) are more than $100,000. In 2012, the companies on the Empact Showcase contributed more than 8,000 jobs to the economy, and controlled $1 billion in revenue.
“The annual Empact100 and Empact Showcase are both a testament to the impact that entrepreneurs are making on our economy, and an inspiration to aspiring entrepreneurs,” said Sarah Green, Co-Founder, Empact100. “We are proud of all of the 2012 Empact 100 honorees and pleased to support them by celebrating the spirit, dedication and hard work that has made them successful entrepreneurs.”
About the Empact Showcase and Empact 100
In early 2012, entrepreneurs meeting the minimum criteria from across the country were invited by Empact to apply for the Empact Showcase. The list was judged primarily by revenue, with additional factors such as number of employees, social impact, growth over the past year, and innovativeness coming into play. The official 2012 Empact100 list was determined by the Empact100 Academy who reviewed the entrepreneurs’ responses.
