Langtry was most recently with Iron Mountain Incorporated, where he held management positions in transportation, operations and account services. He increased on-time service delivery performance at the company’s largest transportation center in North America and improved productivity and quality throughout facilities in the New York Metro area. As Manager of Account Services, Langtry led a team responsible for nearly 1200 accounts, improving customer retention by 40%. Langtry gained direct experience in time-critical delivery with DHL Express, managing a large team of couriers in New York City and significantly increasing on-time delivery through continuous process improvement and performance management.
As Director of Account Management, Langtry will be responsible for Choice Logistics’ strategic relationship with clients, leading a staff of account managers positioned throughout North America. His team will be proactive in identifying opportunities for clients to gain a competitive advantage in their respective industries by engaging the full spectrum of Choice Logistics services and infrastructure. Langtry will report directly to Chuck Robinson.
