In addition to addiction services, ESPS provides a variety of mental and behavioral health services including, but not limited to, therapy for trauma, adults, families and children, aggression and violence, anger management, and attachment and bonding difficulties. The integration of addictions and mental health services will improve outcomes for clients with dual diagnoses.

ESPS is also expanding its assessment department by including educational testing. This type of evaluation helps to determine an individual’s specific educational needs and identifies potential learning strengths and difficulties. ESPS continues to provide psychological and forensic evaluations to the community. The Psychology Department is now lead by Deborah Matthews, PhD and Licensed Psychologist, who came to ESPS with 20 plus years of experience in assessment and education. He also will be providing psychopharmocology training for the ESPS Training academy.

Dr. Seifert will be presenting an all day workshop on “A Systems and Developmental Approach to Interventions with High Risk Youth and families” at the training center on 10/27/2012.
