A recent survey by HomeAway indicates that in planning their vacations, 72 percent of those surveyed say it is most important for them to find deals on accommodations. What is surprising though is that until recently, there were no vacation rental websites that allowed travelers to negotiate a price and get a great deal. Furthermore, hosts at Zaranga have complete control over online negotiations – turn the feature on or off as needed and specify appropriate discount thresholds.
Zaranga's hosts are already experiencing staggering results. Greg, a property manager with 22 properties listed with Zaranga, has this to say - “In just a short time we have found Zaranga to be especially useful for getting last-minute bookings and filling in open dates between existing reservations.” In the case of Greg, his occupancy rate (nights booked) has gone up by 73% compared to the same time last year.
