Omaha dentist Michael R. Sesemann, DDS, has been selected to sit on the advisory board for the Kois Center for Advancing Dentistry Through Science in Seattle, WA. Founded and directed by John C. Kois, DMD, MSD, the center offers clinical and didactic courses on esthetics, implants, occlusion and restorative dentistry.
As part of the advisory board, Dr. Sesemann’s role will be to provide direction for the center and act as a liaison between the organization, its members and the dental community.
“I am proud to have been chosen to represent the Kois Center in its mission to assist members in gaining the knowledge and skills to help them advance to extraordinary levels in providing dentistry in their communities. Certainly my experiences at the center have been of benefit to my patients and my practice,” said Dr. Sesemann.
Dr. Sesemann is a general, cosmetic, comprehensive and restorative dentist who has been in private practice since 1981 with the Nebraska Institute of Comprehensive Dentistry (NICD). He is recognized industry wide for his range of dental skills.
In addition to operating his full-time dental practice, Dr. Sesemann is involved in many professional endeavors. He was elected as the 2009-10 president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, inducted into the select American Academy of Restorative Dentistry and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, appointed to the faculties of continuing education institutes and placed on the editorial board of various industry publications. He also lectures on a national and international level.
Dr. Sesemann works with his dedicated staff at NICD to provide each individual with a positive dental experience and a smile that is attractive as much as it is functional.
