On Monday Canal Clima Ltda. y Valórem S.A. executed a Capitalization Agreement by virtue of which Valorem S.A. will invest in MONITOREO DE AMENAZAS NATURALES S.A.S.. MONITOREO will operate the real time meteorology businesses under the CANAL CLIMA brand. Through this investment, Valórem S.A. will acquire 51% of such company.
