Calls coming into a customer’s toll free number can be forwarded to multiple numbers each with their own availability schedule.

The most notable changes are evident on the application’s Inbox page; bold images mark the tabbed menu choices across the top of the page. The Inbox is easier to parse with its alternating rows of lighter and darker blue. Messages can be played by a simple mouse click and received faxes can be viewed as well right from the Inbox. Navigation has been enhanced with menu tabs that guide users through different areas of the back office. Notification via phone, email or text message when new messages are left has not changed but the user interface is more intuitive and easier to set up.

Customers are encouraged to customize the greetings their callers hear when they call. The new interface presents users with clear instructions for doing so. There are directions to record a greeting over the phone, upload an existing recording from their computer, record a greeting using the microphone on their computer, or order professionally recorded greetings through the voice studio.

Video tutorials are available throughout the website.
