(PRWEB) September 27, 2012

On Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm FitMe Wellness at Brynwood Shopping Center will host a blood and marrow drive at 2595 N. Mulford Road, in Rockford. Those that register to donate blood will be eligible to win a complimentary membership (non-members) or FitMe Club Account Credit (current members).

“Helping to make cancer treatments possible is a fundamental part of the blood and marrow collection industries. Our wish is to recognize those battling breast cancers, honor the lives lost and celebrate survivors while providing support to families. It is our sincere hope that no cancer patient will ever go without treatment due to a blood shortage or lack of a matching marrow cell donor,” stated Jennifer Bowman, RRVBC.
