Earth City, MO (PRWEB) September 26, 2012
Southeast Acquirers Association, Inc. (SEAA) has reached an agreement with the Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort to move the 2013 Annual Seminar to March 4-6, 2013. SEAA made the change from the originally scheduled dates of March 25-27, 2013, to avoid potential conflicts for exhibitors and attendees that would have been celebrating Passover at that time.
“We appreciate our long-term exhibitors that noticed the potential conflict and brought it to our attention early enough for us to make this change,” said Martin Drake, with USA ePay and SEAA President. “We are also grateful to the team at the Hilton for helping us rearrange our scheduled dates, while maintaining our traditional Monday/Tuesday format.”
The 12th Annual Seminar will kick-off with the Field Guide for ISOs on Monday, March 4, at 12:30 p.m., followed by a poolside Opening Reception (weather permitting). On Tuesday, March 5, the day will be filled with presentations from leading industry experts, and several opportunities to mingle in the Exhibit Hall with the leading vendors in the payments industry.
Ideally situated next to Downtown Disney, guests at the Hilton benefit from complimentary transportation to and from the Disney theme parks. SEAA has negotiated a special rate of $169/night, and encourages participants to book early to receive these great rates while rooms are still available.
More information regarding the seminar, including a link to the Hilton/SEAA reservations page, can be found on the SEAA website at http://www.southeastacquirers.com.
